It depends what level of support you are looking for. Group learning is amazing for learning a specific skill, such as learning to trust your intuition, as the teachings will be delivered with the specific aim of helping you achieve that goal. One on one coaching is also incredibly effective when you have multiple areas of concern or want to work in a 121 setting. I do offer 121, please contact me on Facebook if this is what you want.

There are 4 modules. They will be delivered 10 days apart to give you chance to process and implement the teachings. I have found this to be the optimum timeframe to make sure you are not overwhelmed with new information or practices. 

You will have access to the online learning platform where the teachings will be delivered in the form of videos, written modules/workbooks and coaching goal sheets. I personally review and contact you about your answers within the online platform. 

You also receive access to a small cohort Facebook group where you have direct access to me as well as 2 group coaching calls during the course of 6 weeks.

As with all learnings, there is a process in which you raise your awareness and then practice implementing as you move forward in your life. The course is designed for the best timeframe to allow you to implement and start seeing results from the things you learn. As will all learnings, it does also depend on your willingness to do the work required, but that is necessary if you want to  truly change your life and become the abundant and prosperous being you came on this planet to be.
